Steps in the above video: 
1. Plug the power into the camera’s USB interface and the camera will automatically turn on.

2. wait for the camera LED to flash green.

3.Go to the WiFi settings on your phone, locate the WiFi name that begins with ‘IPC-‘ and connect your phone to it.

4. Launch the hidvcam application. The app will automatically detect the camera and prompt you to confirm whether you want to connect it to the internet. Hit ‘Confirm’.

5. Set a password for the camera, enter it twice to confirm it, and then hit ‘Confirm’.

6. Choose your home WiFi from the list of available WiFi networks, enter the WiFi password, and tap ‘Confirm’.

7. Wait for 30 seconds to allow the camera to reboot and change its status back to ‘Online’.
(If the status remains ‘Offline’ after 90 seconds, it’s possible that the WiFi password you entered is incorrect or that you selected the wrong WiFi network. Just do the setup again from beginning)

8. Click on ‘Play’ to view the camera’s live video feed for the first time. Click ‘Confirm’ to bind the device.
That’s it! Setup is now complete, and you can check out the camera’s live video or adjust its settings.
